We are looking for a Human Resources Officer with experience in customer interaction and meeting their needs, as well as proficiency in managing customer relationships using CRM systems effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process, from job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, to selecting the appropriate candidates.
Directly interact with clients to meet their needs and resolve their issues promptly and efficiently.
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and enhance the work environment.
Utilize the CRM system to monitor and update client data continuously to ensure optimal customer service.
Maintain regular communication with employees and clients to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of company objectives.
Provide periodic reports on employee performance and the effectiveness of HR management.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.
Experience in direct customer interaction and professional problem-solving.
Full proficiency in CRM systems and their use in managing and enhancing client relationships.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage priorities.
